TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THIS INTERNET SITE
This internet site (POSCatch.com) is provided by Point of Sale Corner, LLC, a leading point of sale hardware and software solutions provider. Use of this internet site and any purchasing agreement(s) YOU enter into with POSCatch.com is governed by the following Terms & Conditions (to include all policies and legal disclaimers). Please review them now:
(1) Sales Tax
a. POSCatch.com is headquartered in the City of Parma, OH State, and collects OH State tax from all OH State residents.
b. If you are a CA or MD State resident (or if your order is shipping to a CA or MD State address) and you have purchased product(s) that is subject to CA or MD State tax, your tax amount will be calculated at time of checkout, or (in some cases) POSCatch.com will contact you after your order is submitted and notify you what the exact CA or MD tax amount will be. Again, this is not for all products purchased by CA or MD State residents.
(2) Shipments to AK & HI
Orders shipping to AK or HI do not qualify for this site's free freight offer. Orders shipping to AK or HI can only ship via 2 day air or next day air. Please choose either shipping option at time of checkout if order is shipping to AK or HI only. Please note that 2 day and overnight shipping service to HI or AK are often times delayed (usually by 1 day) by the freight carrier. POSCatch.com cannot guarantee the product will arrive on time when shipping to AK or HI.
(3) International Orders (Customers Outside USA Only)
All international orders are processed and managed by International Checkout. For International order details, please view the International Checkout Terms & Conditions. Please note: we do not ship to any other freight forwarding companies, see section 14 below.
(4) Product Inspection Upon Delivery (Damage/Warranty Claims)
All product POSCatch.com sells is in new condition and is assumed to be without defect at time of shipment. POSCatch.com also make every effort to ensure the product is packaged appropriately to prevent shipping damage. However, please inspect the product and ensure it is fully operational immediately upon receipt of your order. Also, be sure to open the package carefully and keep all package contents in pristine condition while inspecting the product. You have a maximum of 2 days after you receive the merchandise to submit a shipping damage claim request, and a maximum of 20 days after you receive defective merchandise to return it under a product warranty claim request. (5) Non-Defective Product Return
You have a maximum of 10 days after your order is received to request a product return (refund), and a maximum of 20 days after you receive your order to return it. All non-defective product returns are subject up to a 20% restocking fee or up to a $25 return processing fee, whichever is greater. Any item returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be rejected and returned to sender. POSCatch.com does not cover return shipping costs for non-defective product. (6) Non-Returnable Items
Although POSCatch.com makes every effort to accommodate customers requesting a return, however, there are some products that cannot be returned. Non-returnable items are: all printer replacement media (i.e. receipt paper, printer ribbons, labels), barcode scanner cables and other scanner peripherals, all other accessory items (i.e. cash drawer cables, printer interface cables), software licenses, any item that is special ordered that is not normally listed on this site, and any product that has “NC/NR’ (non-cancellable/non-returnable) noted in the item description; all sales are final for these products.
(7) List Of Products That Ship UPS Or FedEX Ground By Default
Most products ship 2-3 business day (excluding weekends) service by default. However, products that ALWAYS ship default Ground service are: cash drawers, all SAM4s products, all SNBC printers, all POSBANK USA products, all Viage (Cardcom) products, all Whozz Caller ID boxes, all MicroPlus Kitchen Display Systems, all cables, all printer replacement media (labels, ribbons paper rolls) and any product we do not have in stock that is drop shipped form the manufacturer's warehouse direct to the customer. A customer can request faster delivery time for these products; however, additional freight charges are required.
(8) Same Day Shipping Policy
An order will usually ship the same day it is placed (excluding weekends and holidays), providing the order is received by POSCatch.com no later than 5:00pm (Eastern Time) and on a weekday from Monday to Friday. Furthermore, an order will only ship same day service providing the item is in stock, no special order processing is required and no unforeseen circumstances have occurred such as computer network outage, extreme weather conditions or human error, for example.
(9) No Minimum Order $ Amount
POSCatch.com does not have a minimum order $ amount to qualify for FREE shipping, nor applies a minimum order fee.
(10) Compulabel® Product Returns

(11) PayPal Payment Policy
We only accept PayPal payments from USA based accounts funded with USD and with a PayPal confirmed address.
(12) Freight Forwarding Services Fraud Protection Policy
a. POSCatch.com has made it a policy to not ship orders to freight forwarding companies or to repackaging services of any kind (including virtual offices and mailing stations) due to the high percentage of fraudulent activity associated with such orders.
b. POSCatch.com reserves the right to hold and investigate any order shipping to a freight forwarding service provider of any kind located in the USA and such orders are subject to cancellation, please also see Section I., Right of Refusal, in the below Legal Disclaimer. POSCatch.com will always email notification of order cancellation and refund status to the email address supplied at time of purchase.
c. Any order that is mistakenly shipped to a freight forwarding service provider address, POSCatch.com will vigorously attempt to have the order returned (either while it’s still in transit or after delivery) and subsequently issue a full refund to the card used at time of purchase once the return process is complete.
(13) Meritless Chargeback Policy
POSCatch.com provides a transparent, fair return policy and clearly states that a Customer has up to 10 days after delivery of merchandise to request a return and a maximum of 20 days from date of delivery for POSCatch.com to receive a return providing item is in new condition with all original packaging. POSCatch.com will tirelessly work with a Customer to resolve any sales transaction issues on a per incident basis, so it is always best for a POSCatch.com Customer to contact us first for remedy to any after sales issue rather than initiating a chargeback as a primary resolution method. Therefore, any Customer that: (A) initiates a meritless chargeback without first contacting POSCatch.com seeking a resolution, (B) initiates a meritless chargeback while POSCatch.com is still processing a return request, (C) initiates a meritless chargeback with fraudulent intent (also known as "friendly fraud"), or (D) initiates a meritless chargeback after the expiration of our 20-day return period, and if the bank’s chargeback investigation finds in favor of POSCatch.com, then said Customer may be held responsible for any bank and other fees POSCatch.com can incur during a meritless chargeback investigation process.
(14) Website Accuracy Policy
POSCatch.com does its best to ensure that all product information on this site is correct. If an error in a product's description or price is found after you place an order, POSCatch.com will notify you immediately of such. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, POSCatch.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled by us, POSCatch.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card in the amount of the incorrect/charged price. This policy applies to products that are incorrectly overpriced or underpriced at time of purchase and have not yet shipped.
(15) Refund Policy
A customer can request and will receive a 100% refund on any order before it has shipped. Any order that has shipped and been returned to a POSCatch.com warehouse may incur restocking and other fees if applicable. Please see our full return policy here.

POSCatch.com is open from 8am to 5pm PST, Monday to Friday and is closed in observance of the following USA holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.
DISCLAIMER / LEGAL AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THIS INTERNET SITE
I. Right of Refusal
POSCatch.com reserves the discretionary right to limit order quantities and to reject or cancel any order at any time without explanation.
II. Customer Code of Conduct
Any Customer who is unduly obstinate, abusive, offensive, aggressive, harassing or threatening in any manner whatsoever to a POSCatch.com staff member is automatic cause for POSCatch.com to cancel all pending and any future sales agreement(s) with said Customer, and may include suspension of some or all other business services such as customer support, at the discretion of POSCatch.com in order to maintain a safe and hostile-free work environment for POSCatch.com employees.
III. Right to Change or Modify
POSCatch.com reserves the right to change information on this site at any time without giving prior notification of such.
IV. Entire Agreement
All Terms & Conditions and Policies stated on this site, together with the POSCatch.com invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between POSCatch.com and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between POSCatch.com and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
VI. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
VII. Limitations of Liability
POSCatch.com will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this site: [to the extent that the site is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss;] for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Terms & Conditions and Policies stated on this site or the sales transaction between POSCatch.com and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. POSCatch.com and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of Washington, King County, City of Seattle, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against POSCatch.com that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
XI. Unenforceable Provisions
If any provision of this site's disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this site's disclaimer.
XII. Reasonableness/Use of this Site
By using this internet site, , or by purchasing from POSCatch by any other means, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this site's disclaimer and all aforementioned site Terms & Conditions and Policies, herein and in their entirety, are considered reasonable.
